About this episode
Recorded on 18.02.2022 on the week of the 2nd Anniversary of the death of the great DJ,/Producer. A lot has been written about him this week which prompted me to put this together. This is a selection from various 12"s, LPs and compilations of tracks that he produced, co-produced or remixed including some from a JBO (Junior Boy's Own) Box Set. I left out 'Loaded' and 'Come Together' from Primal Scream's 'Screamadelica' intentionally as they are so well known and available to listen to on the LP. He's listed as Andy on some remixes and Andrew on others so just went with Andrew for all in this tracklist. Noticed for the 1st time that his surname is spelt incorrectly on the sleeve of the Happy Mondays 12" (One for the trainspotters !). Heard him DJ once in Cork, a few years ago in the Pav niteclub. There are probably dozens if not hundreds of tribute mixes out there so hope something in this appeals to people.
